GIVING TUESDAY

As you contemplate your annual donation during this time of giving, consider Friends of the Park, the endowment for Putnam Parks & Pathways.

For Giving Tuesday in 2023, all donations up to the first $5,000 will be matched dollar for dollar.

Developing Outdoor Recreation opportunities comes in many forms. Our organization is responsible for furthering the enjoyment of nature for all residents. We provide grants to elementary school teachers for nature-related projects, purchase and develop land for additional pathways through the county, and host accessible events for all ages.

As an endowment, you can be sure that your gifts will contribute to the cause in perpetuity. Donations made to Friends of the Park are backed with the knowledge that Putnam County has recently created a county-wide Park Department, a board of government established by law. This ensures that your contributions will always provide for one initiative, the development of outdoor recreation opportunities.

Please, consider making a donation today by clicking the button below.
