The Old Hickory course is great for beginners and those wanting to improve their game. Golfers recommend better players play it with three or four clubs, and all agree it’s a great place to fine tune your short game.
Designed by Bill McChesney in 1982, the scenic and challenging course has a year-round season and includes a putting green but no driving range. Clubs, carts and pull-carts can be rented. The owners are very friendly and offer cool soft drinks and great hot dogs. Rates are hard to beat at $10 for nine holes and $20 for 18.
