SEVEN NEW MURALS ARRIVE

The Putnam County Mural Project is excited to announce the 2024 Putnam County Mural Festival, which will take place September 7-21. Since 2019, their team has commissioned nine murals across Putnam County, with this year’s Mural Festival adding an additional seven murals to their impressive repertoire.

During the festival, local residents can expect to see the new murals in progress across this year’s locations. The festival will be accented by community gatherings, artist showings, and block parties. These community events give us the chance to not only celebrate the aesthetic and cultural enhancement that The Mural Project brings to Putnam County, but also as showcases for the skills and talent of the wonderful artists contributing to the project. Mural Locations

This year’s mural fest includes seven hand-picked locations all around the county. All mural locations are publicly accessible sites that are open to all and can be visited and viewed from the ground level.

2024 Artists

We are excited to welcome the Mural Fest 2024 Artists to Putnam County! These incredible artists bring a personalized skillset and international experience to the Putnam County Mural Project and we couldn’t be more excited to see this year’s work in development. Mural artists are all handpicked by the PCMP team based on mural size, location, content, and each artist’s skill and history of work. Chosen artists work in tandem with the PCMP in order to produce work that is reflective of and responsive to the Putnam County community.
